These terms apply to the business platform at https://platform.dont4get.io, including onboarding, appointment intake, and integration access.
Allowed use
Integrations may only submit appointments for platform holders who have authorized the integration. API keys are tenant-bound and must not be shared between unrelated organizations.
No unfounded claims
Dont4get helps prevent forgotten appointments through delivery, reminders, and supported actions. Specific no-show reduction percentages are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.
