Platform holder or organization
Every appointment always belongs to a platform holder. Optionally, you can include `organizationId` and `locationId`.
For partners & developers
Software vendors can provide appointments at the platform holder or organization level via the public API specification. The appointment from the source system is final; a change from the app remains a proposal.

Use a bearer API key with scope `appointments:intake`. Keys are stored as hashes only.
Dont4get registers the appointment immediately. Confirmation by the user is a signal, not a condition.
