Data minimization
Dont4get is designed to process only appointment data necessary for delivery, reminders, and supported actions: recipient contact details, appointment time, location, source identification, and delivery status.
Personal data in appointments
The name, surname if provided, phone number, email address, address and appointment details are only processed where necessary. Appointment content may contain health data.
Protection and development status
The recipient app is still in development. Additional encryption of personal data before database storage is planned and has not yet been implemented. In the proposed design, a phone-number match alone must not grant access to appointments.
Platform holder data
Data from platform holders is used for onboarding, tenant access, integrations, auditability, and appointment delivery. Secrets remain server-side and are not provided to browser clients.
Status
This is a factual platform version. Final processor terms, retention periods, and legal contact details still need to be formally established for wide production rollout.
